Navigation
PepTrac uses a five-button navigation bar fixed at the bottom of the screen. From left to right: Dashboard, Shots, Add (+), Protocols, and More (☰).
Bottom Navigation Bar
Dashboard takes you to your main overview showing today's shots, peptide level status, and recent activity.
Shots opens the full shots list where you can view, filter, and manage all your shots across any date range.
Add (+) opens the Quick Actions menu (see below).
Protocols takes you to protocol management where you can view, edit, and create treatment schedules.
More (☰) opens the full menu with all app sections.
Quick Actions (+)
The teal plus button in the center of the navigation bar provides instant access to PepTrac's most common tasks:
- Add Protocol - Opens the protocol creation form to start a new treatment schedule
- Add Preparation - Create a vial or pen containing one or more peptides
- Add Daily Log - Record today's symptoms, metrics, or observations
- Add a Shot - Manually log a one-off shot outside your regular protocols

The More menu provides access to every section of the app:
- Shots - All shots with filtering options
- Dashboard - Main overview
