Getting Started
The Dashboard shows these steps to get you going:
- Create your first Preparation - Define your vial or pen with peptide concentrations
- Create your first Protocol - Set your dosing schedule using that preparation
- Track your Shots - Complete shots as they come due
- Track Results with Daily Logs (optional) - Monitor symptoms and metrics
Once you have a protocol, your Dashboard will show upcoming shots, active protocols, analytics, and your latest log entry.
Changing Your Settings
Everything you configured during onboarding can be changed later in Settings.
