Injection Site Rotation
This screen lets you enable injection site rotation tracking. This is optional and can be changed later in Settings.
The Screen
At the top you'll see the toggle Enable Injection Site Rotation. If you turn this on, a list of body zones appears:
- Abdomen
- Left Thigh
- Right Thigh
- Left Arm
- Right Arm
- Left Glute
- Right Glute
Tap any zone to select it (a checkmark appears). Select all the zones you actually use for injections. You must select at least one zone to continue.
What This Does
When you log a shot, PepTrac will ask which site you used and track your rotation. Sites are color-coded: green means safe to use, orange means used recently, red means used today. PepTrac suggests where to inject next based on what you've used least recently.
Should You Enable This?
Enable if you want help tracking rotation, especially if you inject frequently.
Skip if you already have your own system or prefer not to track injection sites.
