Shot Reminders

Get notified when it's time for any scheduled shot in your protocol.

How Shot Reminders Work

When you enable reminders for a protocol, PepTrac automatically schedules notifications for every upcoming shot. You choose when to be notified:

  • At the scheduled shot time
  • 10, 30, or 60 minutes before
  • A custom lead time up to 48 hours in advance

You can set a different lead time for each shot. Whenever you add, edit, or delete a shot, PepTrac updates all your reminders automatically.

What Notifications Look Like

With privacy OFF (details shown):

In 30 min: Tirz • 5 Units

With privacy ON (generic): 

PepTrac
In 30 min: Time to take your scheduled medication

For multiple peptides at similar times: 

PepTrac
In 30 min:
Tirz • 5 Units
GLP-1 • 3 Units

To change privacy mode, go to Settings → Notification Preferences and toggle Show Dosage Details.

Notification actions:

  • Log Doses - Opens PepTrac to log the shot
  • Skip - Dismisses without logging

Grouped Notifications

If you have multiple shots in the same protocol scheduled within 30 minutes of each other, PepTrac combines them into a single notification.
