Missed Shots
How Missed Shots Work
If you don't complete or skip a scheduled shot within 2 hours after its scheduled time, PepTrac marks it as "Late." Shots from previous days that weren't completed or skipped are marked as "Missed."
Missed shots are detected and updated automatically whenever you open the app or bring it to the foreground—you don't need to do anything manually.
Missed Shots Banner
When you have missed shots, a red notification banner appears at the top of the Shots view showing the count. Tap the banner to filter your view to only missed shots. If you have 4 or more missed shots, the banner expands to show batch action buttons: Complete All, Skip All, and Delete All. Each action asks for confirmation before proceeding.
A red triangle badge also appears on the Shots tab when you have missed shots, with a pulsing animation and alert sound (limited to once every 8 hours).
What You Can Do with Missed Shots
- Swipe: Swipe right to complete, swipe left to skip.
- Tap: Open the shot details to edit, complete, skip, or delete.
- Multi-Select: Tap the checkmark button to enter multi-select mode, select missed shots, then tap the green TAP button to complete, skip, or delete all selected shots at once.
- Filter: Use the status filter to view only missed shots.
