Shot Details

Tap any shot in the Shots list or calendar to open its detail screen. The Shot Details screen shows all information about the shot and provides actions like completing, skipping, editing, or deleting.

What You'll See

Details Section

The details section shows key information about the shot:

For individual peptides:

  • Peptide name
  • Protocol name
  • Dosage (amount and unit)
  • Status badge (Scheduled, Late, Completed, Missed, or Skipped)
  • Scheduled date and time
  • Completion time (if completed)
  • Reminder info

For preparations:

  • Preparation name with icon (pen or vial)
  • Delivery amount badge (e.g., "50 Units", "0.5 mL")
  • Protocol name
  • List of all peptides in the preparation with their calculated dosages
  • Status badge
  • Scheduled date and time (or completion time if completed)
  • Reminder info

Notes Section

Shows any notes attached to the shot, or "No notes" if empty.

Injection Site Section

If injection site rotation is enabled in Settings:

  • For scheduled or late shots: A zone selector grid appears so you can choose the injection site before completing
  • For completed shots: Shows the recorded injection site, or "None recorded"
  • For missed or skipped shots: Shows the recorded site if any

If rotation is disabled, shows "Tracking disabled".

Actions

The action buttons available depend on the shot's current status.

For Scheduled, Late, or Missed Shots

  • Complete Shot - Marks the shot as completed. If you selected an injection site, it's recorded with the shot. For preparation shots, completes all peptides in the group with a single tap.
  • Skip Shot - Marks the shot as skipped. For preparations, skips all peptides in the group.
  • Edit Shot - Opens the edit form to change any shot details.
  • Add Reminder / Edit Reminder - Set or change when you'll be notified (scheduled and late only).
  • Remove Reminder - Delete the existing reminder (scheduled and late only).
  • Delete Shot - Permanently removes the shot from your records.

For Completed or Skipped Shots

  • Edit Shot - Opens the edit form to change any shot details.
  • Remove Reminder - Delete the existing reminder (if one exists).
  • Delete Shot - Permanently removes the shot from your records.

Completing a Shot

When you tap Complete Shot, PepTrac records the completion time based on your Shot Completion Behavior settings (in Settings). A toast notification appears showing "Shot completed at X:XX" with a Change button you can tap to immediately open the edit form if the recorded time isn't what you wanted.

For preparation shots, tapping Complete Shot marks all peptides in the preparation as completed simultaneously, since they're administered together in one injection.

Setting Reminders

Tap Add Reminder or Edit Reminder to choose when you want to be notified:

  • At scheduled time
  • 10 minutes before
  • 30 minutes before
  • 1 hour before
  • Custom (any interval up to 24 hours)

Tap Remove Reminder to delete an existing reminder. A confirmation dialog appears before removal.

Deleting a Shot

Tap Delete Shot to remove the shot from your records. A confirmation dialog appears asking if you're sure. This action cannot be undone.
