Tools - Calculators and Widgets

PepTrac includes tools to simplify your peptide workflow. Six calculators handle the math for reconstitution, dosing, and cartridge setup—so you know exactly how much BAC water to add and how much to draw for each dose. Widgets bring your schedule to your home screen and lock screen, showing your next shot and daily counts at a glance without opening the app.

Calculators

Access all six calculators from the More menu (☰) in the bottom navigation bar, then tap Calculators.

Cartridge Calculator

Mixing multiple peptides into one cartridge? This calculator does the math so you know exactly how many units to inject for each peptide's dose. Add your peptides, enter the reconstitution volume, and get precise dosing for every peptide in your blend.

What you enter:

  • Calculation name (for saving)
  • Peptides: name, mg per vial, number of vials
  • Reconstitution volume in mL (default 3.0 mL)

What you get:

  • Total peptide amount (mg)
  • Concentration (mg/mL)
  • Amount per unit (mcg)
  • Dose calculations for specific dose amounts

Key features:

  • Add multiple peptides to a single calculation
  • Import peptides directly from your existing protocols
  • Save calculations for later use
  • Load previously saved calculations
  • Create a Preparation directly from your results
  • Share calculation results

For step-by-step instructions, see Cartridge Calculator.

EasyDose Calculator

The simplest way to figure out how much to draw. Enter your peptide and dose, and a visual syringe shows exactly where to fill—just match the line on screen to your syringe. No math required.

What you enter:

  • Peptide amount (mg in the vial)
  • Reconstitution volume (how much BAC water you added)
  • Desired dose (mcg)

What you get:

  • Visual syringe display showing exactly how much to draw
  • Units marked on syringe for easy reading
  • Reconstitution guidance

Best for: Quick, single-peptide dose calculations when you need a visual reference for how much to draw.

Fill to Capacity Calculator

Make the most of every cartridge. Enter your peptides and this calculator determines the optimal amounts to combine for a full 3 mL fill—no wasted space, maximum efficiency.

What you enter:

  • Your peptides and their available vial sizes
  • Target cartridge capacity (3 mL standard)

What you get:

  • Optimal quantities of each peptide to add
  • How to fill the cartridge completely without waste
  • Combined concentration results

Best for: Planning multi-peptide cartridges when you want to use the full cartridge capacity efficiently.

Custom Concentration Calculator

Work backwards from your preferred injection volume. If you like drawing to 10 units every time, enter that along with your dose and peptide amount—the calculator tells you exactly how much BAC water to add.

What you enter:

  • Peptide amount (mg in the vial)
  • Desired injection volume (how much you want to inject per dose)
  • Dose amount (mcg per injection)

What you get:

  • Exact amount of BAC water to add during reconstitution
  • Resulting concentration

Best for: When you prefer a consistent injection volume (for example, always injecting 10 units) and need to calculate the BAC water amount to achieve that.

Intranasal Calculator

For peptides delivered by nasal spray rather than injection. Enter your peptide amount, spray bottle specs, and desired dose—the calculator shows how many sprays you need and how many total doses your reconstitution provides.

What you enter:

  • Peptide amount (mg)
  • Reconstitution volume
  • Spray bottle specifications (volume per spray)
  • Desired dose per administration

What you get:

  • Number of sprays needed per dose
  • Total doses available from your reconstitution
  • Concentration per spray

Best for: Peptides administered via nasal spray rather than subcutaneous injection.

Step Up Calculator

Titration protocols require careful planning—your starting dose needs to be large enough to draw accurately, and your final dose can't be too big to inject comfortably. Enter your low and high doses, and this calculator finds the BAC water amount that keeps both within practical limits.

What you enter:

  • Peptide amount (mg in the vial)
  • Starting (low) dose
  • Target (high) dose
  • Acceptable injection volume range

What you get:

  • Optimal BAC water amount
  • Injection volumes for both low and high doses
  • Confirmation that both doses are practical to draw

Best for: Titration protocols where you start low and gradually increase. Ensures your starting dose isn't too small to draw accurately and your final dose isn't too large to inject comfortably.

Widgets
